Departing from NYC

We're planning on going on a Disney Cruise that leaves out of NYC. Can anyone recommend a hotel nearby the port to stay at that will hold your car while you're gone and any recommendations on travel to and from the port to the hotel would be appreciated too. Thank you! It's our first cruise & we're so excited.

Yay your first cruise.
I don't know if theres a hotel that will do that with parking prices at a premium in NYC.
Most hotels charge $30-40 a day to park a car in the city.
Did you check port prices?
When we sailed out of NYC we took a cab to the port, we stayed at The Marriott Marques.

Both the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn in Ridgefield, NJ offer Park and Cruise options with shuttle to the terminal. There are other threads on this topic on the forum that will have more details.

My girls and I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn in Ridgefield Park, NJ. I got the park and cruise option. It was very nice. Good breakfast the morning of the cruise, luxury car to and from port.

From recommendations here on the boards we have the Hilton Garden Inn Booked for our Cruise Nov 3rd on the Magic. This will be our first time using this hotels Park, Ride and Cruise as they call it. They let you leave your car and provide transportation if you stay the night before your cruise there. It costing us $309.35 for the Friday into Saturday for our family of three. Breakfast included.
