I have a question for all of you Denise Austin fans. I was going through my old tapes today and found one with Denise Austin working out at WDW! There were several episodes. One from CSR, one from the Boardwalk, a few from GF and even some from Castaway Cay and the Disney Magic. These tapes have to be from 2001. After my engagement in Feb 2001, I started taping her on Lifetime and working out after work to get in shape for my wedding. I was so excited that I worked out to 2 of them today! What a great way to prepare for my upcoming trip in May. I know she is still on Lifetime, but I have not seen her at WDW. Does anyone remember these shows? Does anyone know if she still tapes her shows at WDW from time to time? I would love to see more of her there. I would work out much more, if I could see WDW in the background! It gets me so motivated. Thanks in advance!

Funny you say that because I got interested in Denise Austin years ago only because she was working out at Disney World. I've taped most of them...as far as I know. For the past two 1/2 years I've been working out to her show and have not seen her at any Disney location since 2001. I'm glad that I have the taped shows. I did go to the Lifetime website about 2 years ago to ask when she would be planning another Disney workout but I never got an answer.
Disney or not though, she does a terrific job and I love to workout with her because she's not in a studio.

I also used to work out with her when she was in WDW, but once she moved on to the Carribean I stopped! I remember being so jazzed when she was working out at the Yacht & Beach Club, because we were staying there that summer and it got me so in the mood!

Were those episodes ever recorded and offered for sale? I'd be interested in them. The idea of working out while watching some who is in WDW might be incentive to keep exercising.

I don't think they were ever for sale. I think they were only aired on Lifetime.

I love Denise Austin. I bought a tape of hers in 1988 that used a body ball and gave a really nice workout. I remember those episodes from the Yacht and Beach Club, because you were able to see the Boardwalk in the background. I would love to see or buy these also, so if anyone knows where these can be found, please let us know.
