Hi...never been to HRH...are the deluxe rooms worth the extra money....I am taking my sister who is recovering from cancer...so room location is important...I would like to be convieniet to elevator...I always hear everone say it is a long walk to the elevator...is there only 1 elevator in the whole place........what would be a good location to request....any help would be great.....................amy::yes::

No info from me - we had connecting standard rooms in March 04 -- but I am interested in the answer to your question, too! We will be back early March 05 -- we loved the HRH!

They have 6 elevators in the center if the hotel.
After you get off the elevator, you walk down long hallways. The west side even splits and you keep walking. Yes, it's a long walk if you are at the end of the hallway on the west side. The ice machines are located near the elevators.

I'd suggest you call and request a room near the elevator, or write it in the comments section if you book thru the web. Then call back a few weeks before you show up and ask about the room to make sure you get it.

robvia...thanks..for the info...so that explains why so far to walk...the elevators are near the same place...just wondering if better to book on the lowes site are use call...thanks..now to figure out if we should go to HRH or I can get club at RPR for the same rate..as a HRH deluxe...amy
