Deluxe Dining?

I posted this on the other thread but I think you really need to check those numbers...booking the dining plan for an extra three nights should cost you a lot more than $45, not to mention the cost of the room, assuming it's the same resort and you're not downgrading to a cheaper resort.

I have searched this with a brain fog ha ha and an infected wisdom tooth ha ha ...i had three pulled today so this may not sound right but ......the other night in the state of half awake half asleep, i totaly understood how wrong i was..LOL!!! what i was doing was clicking the add more days to the tickets and not actually adding more hotel stays on the actual calendar...wow was i wrong in my figures...sure would have been nice though Thank you so much for answering my question...i have NEVER posted on a thread before this disney web site and i was sooooo nervous...(i know it is silly)... I am in sooo much pain with my teeth but can't seem to stay of the Disney site and forums cause i am soooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I though about getting it for the breakfast meals but we plan on eating some days at our resort so what we would pay oop on those days is not worth the cost for Deluxe.
Now if we were to do character meals for breakfast all week, then it would really be worth it.

DH and I splurged and tried the deluxe on our first trip back in 2008. We did a few signature places and a dinner show, but overall thought it was a waste of time. However, that doesn't mean that it won't work out well for you!

If you are a big foodie and don't mind taking the time to sit down for up to 3 meals a day (each meal can take at least an hour), then it's worth a shot.

We ended up canceling a few of our ADRs and just doing CS instead to save time, so we probably ended up wasting money as well. We don't have children, and I couldn't imagine trying to get little ones to agree to so many sit down meals each day - even if they are character meals. I barely had the patience for it, but then again it was my first time at Disney!
