Okay my wonderful Disney friends I have finally complied all of my pics into my photobucket acct. How do I put them onto here? Answer this question and I WILL get right to the reviews. Sorry for the extreme delay but most of my dining pics had been added to my brothers laptop before they left and I have been waiting for him to get them to me. Super excited to do this review.

I'll try to tell you from memory. When you click on a picture in your photobucket account there is something to the side that has three codes. You want the imagine code. Copy and paste that into your post.

This was new to the menu, don't recall the name and its also not on the allears menu. It had a really nice touch of heat. I loved it but could handle only a few bites, the teens in the group thought it was interesting but weren't sure about the heat at the end of the bite. Certainly a dessert to share due to the richness not for the immature palette due to the unique heat. Based on our group.

We all loved our meals here. The girls had grilled chicken kabobs, the staff were kind enough to whip up some honey mustard sauce. Standouts were the crab cake, scallops, and I;ve loved the choc dessert it had a nice hint of heat to it!!!! We rated our dining on a scale of 1-10. Flying Fish 9.5 We will return. Exception service!

Flying Fish looks wonderful! I may have to think about changing my Kouzzina ADR. That egg roll doesn't look very crispy though, and looks more like a spring roll.

I'm going with refering to it as an eggroll since that's what the menu calls it - it doesn't look very crispy though, that's true....

ETA - my bad! Goofyluver has a picture of the Flying Fish menu in her current dining report and it lists the dish as a Maine Lobster Rice Paper Summer Roll - good thing crispy isn't in that title huh? LOL

It appears as though my scallops pic did not appear. Sorry about that. Lets try that again.

This was 1 of my favorite entrees for the week. Great combo. of flavors.

Up next Yachtsman Steakhouse, we were really looking forward to this meal. We all love a great steak and although the reviews are generally very mixed we decided to give it a try.

I am not seeing a description but Tiffany really enjoyed it. Very generous pieces of lobster.

DSC00301.jpg

Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella - Heirloom Tomatoes, Basil, Garlic, Warm Focaccia, and Aged Balsamic. This was quite good and was my favorite part of the meal.

Lobster Bisque - Maine Lobster and Creme Fraiche finished with Brandy, guess we didn't get a picture of this. Cole really enjoyed this, I tried it and really didn't care for it.

All 3of us ordered the filet, medium. All 3 steaks were a different in temp and flavor. My filet was almost well done and was sent back to the kitchen, upon its return it was still a bit done and the seasonings were not pleasant. We sampled each others and found mine to be the poorest, Cole's was edible, and Tiffany's was nice with a better flavor and all around temp.

The desserts were good but not impressive.

We just did not enjoy this meal. Out server was not very attentive and if a steak house can't prepare a steak correctly what is the point of going. This earns a we will not return merit, we just all left feeling very dissapoointed in the whole experience. On our scale of 1-10.

The Yachtsman gets a 5.

Sorry for no childrens meals but they were all pretty much the same, grilled chicken, grilled chicken kabobs, and pizza.

I am sorry to hear about your meal at the Yachtman. It is one that we are trying in August ... DH's only real request. I definitely believe that everyone should try a restaurant for themselves so we will keep the ADR but the mixed reviews sure don't make me happy!

Loved the FF review. Funny, that that was a 'miss' for us last trip and so many others love it. We will go back one day. I just can't fit it into our upcoming trip with the others that we want to try.

The description from allears is not the same dish. Its an english pea risotte, which I thought would be odd but the flavor is very sudtle. The smoked bacon cracklins really added a nice punch of flavor. I found it to be an interesting combination of flavors but not over the top for a less than adventurous diner. I would happily order it again.

Wowza! Now I want to cancel a dinner and add Flying Fish back into the lineup....what to do what to do
