Jen, don't think I haven't contemplated at a Disneyland trip just to ride Mr. Toad's Wild Ride again. They also have submarines, a slightly different Haunted Mansion, and a longer POTC! Lots to justify a trip out there.

Dinner looks truly amazing! My mouth is watering over your description of your filet! Yum!!!

And yeah, I kind of feel you on the Contemporary Lobby. To me, it just kind of feels like it could be anywhere and not as special as some of the others. The Grand Canyon Concorse upstairs is pretty cool though.

I have explored the resort and the view from CG is amazing and the other floors are very nice and being on the monorail...I just don't think all of that is enough to sell me on it. I think I have found the resort I'm in love with and I will be staying there in the future!!!

Cali Grill looks amazing...haven't eaten here but that is now on my list!
I loooovvvve heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella....I grew heirlooms 2 years ago and they were delicious....last year all tomatoes I grew (and a mostly in Northeast) were diseased I was sooo upset.
I loooovvve flatbread too! It seems like it would be so easy to make your own so maybe I should think about that
The filet looks delicious too.....I already have a filets planned for May at The Wave, Jiko and Le Cellier!

I so pulled a MeMom on my last morning and I walked into the art store on Main Street...they had some amazing Haunted Mansion prints...I took pictures so I can enjoy them back home LOL!!!!!!
