We hare planning a trip for December and will be staying at a deluxe resort (hopefully Beach Club). We are going with 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby. Is there a chance that we may not get a room with a daybed or will I be gauranteed one because the amount of people we have on our reservation?

We stayed at the GF and it had a nice daybed that one of my children slept in every night. Are you going to be 3 adults, 2 children and an infant? I don't think all of you can fit in a regular standard room. If the infant is included in the 2 children, then you should be fine. I think you can request the daybed, there are no guarantees but they should give it to you. Good luck.

You will be guaranteed a room with a daybed since you are a party of 5, plus 1 under the age of 3 :).

All of the deluxe resorts (with the exception of the WL and AKL), accommodate 5 plus a child under 3 as the infant isn't included in the capacity count :goodvibes.

Thank you! I had images of 3 to a bed. We're taking gramma with us and although she loves her grandchildren I'm sure she'll be happy not having to sleep with all of them!

You're welcome :). The daybeds do come in handy. Have a great trip :goodvibes.

While some rooms at BC/YC do have daybeds and sleep 5 (+infant), be aware that the rooms are not *that* big. They are 380 sq. ft. I would find it challenging to have 3 adults, 2 children, and an infant in that room size, especially since you will need room for the crib. I'm just letting you know so you can prepare everyone accordingly, especially in terms of how much stuff to bring to make sure all the suitcases and stuff fit in the closet and the chest of drawers.

If you're worried about space, another option would be to upgrade to a deluxe room at the Beach Club. Beach Club has 6 deluxe rooms, and the square footage is over 500 sq. ft, I believe. They are definitely more pricey, but if you can swing it, it would definitely provide you with extra room for your larger party.
