Seems a simple question but I have not been able to find the answer-

How does one book a suite at one of the Delux resorts, such as the Polynesian... or are these simple 2 rooms booked together?

Have a family of six (13-10-8-6) and would love to stay on-site for our first visit as a family, but "suites" seem to be problematic.

Cost is always a consideration but not a showstopper.

Thanks in advance

The suites are not just 2 rooms together. They usually have a living room, dining area, and bedroom that varies with the size and price of the suite. They can be booked by calling Disney directly, or through your TA. I have booked a suite through DU.

The suites at the Polynesian run about $600 to $2400 a night and are booked like any other room.

Take a Look! They are more than two rooms together.
WOW!

You book them through CRO. I have quite a few pictures of Deluxe suites on my site if you care to check them out. :)

Thanks for the replies, I will check out the sites mentioned.

It seemed strange to me as the suite are not shown on the normal room/price lists, as well as not being available for booking on-line.

Planning a mid October trip, this should be, as they say, "fun".

Welcome to the DIS Chanur!

Good luck with your suite search. You've got some good info here. You may also need this page, the abbreviations, LOL:

You'll find most of us here do not book through the Disney website because we are always looking for discounts. To get them, you usually need to call or to use a travel agent like Dreams Unlimited that will look for specials for you. Dreams is also a great company because they will help with your itinerary planning. It's a wonderful service! :)

Are the concierge amenities included in all of the suites at Disney?
Thanks!

Yes, they are. During one of my past stays at the GF in a two-bedroom suite (and on the Grand Plan, no less), there was no access to the concierge lounge. However, on my last GF two-bedroom suite stay (and NOT on the Grand Plan that time), I did have access to both of the GF's concierge lounges. Go figure. So, for now, the answer is yes. But with Disney, everything is subject to change without prior notice so you're going to have to ask that question when you book your room.
