Delta changes out of Wichita Kansas

Just wanted to let you know that after July 1, many Delta flights out of Wichita Kansas have been cancelled.

First Delta Airlines called Wichita's subsidies to AirTran illegal and complained to the FAA. Thursday, Delta pulls seven flights out of Mid-Continent Airport. Delta will cut both of its two flights to Salt Lake City, its three flights to Cincinnati and two of its six flights to Atlanta. It all starts July 1st.

I hope Air Tran was worth it.

And it looks like my local airport benefited from these pulled flights. I wondered where Comair came up with the additional equipment, now I know.
