Delta Airlines Help

We are flying Man-atlanta-key west with Delta on the 20th August,
I have been on their site and can't find where to do the API's or where you can purchase extra baggage allowance from, anyone who has been with Delta before know??

Try going through KLM website thats what I done to complete API. Baggage was 23kg.

Is it all Delta or a code share with Air France or KLM. I cannot see where to do API when I am logged in to Delta (we are flying LHR - ATL - MCO) but I have access to complete API on KLM. Just an idea?

Its all Delta, I have just tried the KLM site but it won't accept my booking number. I'll have to ring them.
I wanted to bring an extra case back like you can do with Virgin at extra cost, can't find that info either!
