Does Delta change flights and times often, say like Airtran? I have had my reservations a little over a month and this is the 3rd change. Maybe it's because of the merger:confused3 I want to give DME my flight info but maybe I should wait.

Yes, Delta changes their flight times/numbers too. Don't worry about ME though. They really only ask for that info so that they have an idea of how many people are arriving on which airlines at what time.

They don't specifically look for you to be on that flight or no ride to WDW.

Thank-you! I can't help but being a little OCD about everything being perfect, especially for disney;)

Delta is probably one of the worst airlines when it comes to flight changes. When I book with Delta (which is happening less and less), I always start checking on my flights every two weeks once I get to about 4 months before my trip. Then, when I get to about 2 months out, I'm checking weekly. One month??? Checking every day. Delta will not let you know about any changes until the very last minute....you are better off keeping tabs on the flights yourself.

Last year we flew on Delta round trip non-stop Boston to MCO, no problem, no real changes in flight times, just a few minutes. :cool1:
This year, they're all over the place. Including today's change they've changed our flights about 10 times, from non-stop to 1 stop, from 7:50pm to 2:25pm. The worst part of the changes has been the trip home going from a non-stop to a 1 stop plane change by way of Detroit with 40 minutes, (that's today's change, an improvment from the 30 minutes they had yesterday), to get off the 1st plane run through the terminal and jump on the other plane. Unfortunely, so far, that's the best flight home. I'm hoping for a better flight to come up before April 24th so I check the flights every day morning, noon and night. :surfweb:
Good luck all,
Joe

I fly out of boston, and no longer fly delta, I now only fly jetblue, its cheaper, and i only do direct flights. :cloud9:

Oh no, the only reason we picked Delta, it was the only reasonable non-stop flight. Thanks for the info. I was wondering why I wasn't getting the email updates,,,,now I know!
