Delta Air & Melbourne FL Questions

Anyone know if/when Delta runs special promotions/sales? We are cruising in Nov and are toying with the idea of flying from Buffalo into Melbourne, but only Delta appears to fly there and price per person right now is $313. ANyone have experience on when Delta has sales? Also, anyone fly in or out of Melboure have any comments on the airport and accessibility? Thanks, Jo

My daughter lives in Melbourne and uses that airport. She prefers it to MCO. She hasn't had much luck with sales from there though.

My guess is that you will have to change planes to fly to Melbourne. A change of plane will take away any gain by flying to Melbourne. IMHO it is better to take a direct flight to MCO and drive to the ship.
