Deleting threads/posts/account

Hi all! Is there any method to deleting posts, threads, or preferably an account in general? I've done some basic googling but came up short on answers. Thanks for the help!

You can edit your own posts to remove anything you regret sharing.

Posters cannot delete threads or accounts.
