Congratulations on your 10 year mark and your VR! Your story is really nice, and a DCL VR sounds great for you. There haven't been that many on the boards, but all of the ones that I have seen are absolutely beautiful, so I am sure you will be happy with it. I can't wait to read more!

Forgot to mention that Shanda officially booked our vow renewal package on June 24th No more worries of our CC ceremony being snatched by someone else. Now let's just hope/pray that the weather cooperates,lol.

Ok... The Save The Date. I think I have finally figured out how to post although they still came out big
I got a new camera,& I'm still trying to figure it out so excuse the way the pics came out. Some pics the flash went off,& others it didn't. It doesn't really show through the pictures I took but it's a semi-gloss cover and shimmer interior pages and postcard. Here is our Save The Date passport:

Wow those STD are AMAZING!!!!! Did you make them yourself or did you buy them from somewhere? I'm getting married on Castaway Cay this coming May and I've been looking for invites just like those! I found someone on Etsy who will make them, but she has a minimum order of 30 and I only need 5 invites, since it will only be our parents and siblings attending.

We got in touch with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings in the beginning of the year,and was told that we could not book the Castaway Cay vow renewal package until a year before the event. However... The coordinator,Shanda, did say to go ahead and book the cruise and she will pencil us in "unofficially" afterward. I got on Disboards and started reading all the DCL PJs which unfortunately weren't that many,but the existing ones were a wealth of information.

Congrats on your upcoming 10 years! I will also be celebrating 10 years next fall (October) and was looking at doing a VR on Castaway Cay. I called Disney Fairy Tale Weddings and they said they would not do anything until a year before -- how did you get penciled in? I'm just afraid that someone else may get penciled in while I'm waiting.

As for the dress, have you thought about getting it custom made? I know that sounds super expensive but, when I got married the first time, I wanted a couture dress but had a knockoff custom made for just over $600 instead. That was almost 10 years ago but before Angie's list, Craigslist, etc. In this market, I bet you could find a great seamstress! Just a thought!
