Well Woke up early at the BWI today......had a plan....Animal Kingdom!!! I always have to catch the first bus there!!! Jess hates it! so 6am...I am in the shower...DD is moaning and groaning....but feeling a little better knowing that the next day...her friend will be arriving!!!
so caught the first bus..........grabbing food from the lounge on the way out.....got to the AK......and for the first time since the park opened........I was not first in line!!!! this is something I pride myself on.......first in line.....most of the time first to the Safari Ride!!! anyhoo....we did get on the first few jeeps..........oh, saw my babie kitty!!!! I LOVE this Lion, I have so many pictures of this furry little ball of fur!!!! he was looking good this morning!!! taking the ECV this time...we had gotten the last seat on the jeep....I have to say I really like this seat, because It seems to give you more photo opts....as to sitting in the middle somewhere!
well as tradition in my family everytime we get off the Safari ride...we head to the Tucker house for a crosiant and egg sandwhcih!!! yummy......... then next door to shop!! this was the first place I started my Mickey , Minni stuffed collection....so as of May 10th I bought my first mickey..........6 hours later...I discovered it was minni!!!! I was only gonna get Mickeys...but now I have to get both..oh well! so we went around and shopped today....knowing that we were coming back with Jay this week......and did what we had to do,,,,,,,,and headed to the Bus stop!
we waited there for over 65 mins.......AND so did the people from the Animal Kingdom Lodge.....talk about ticked off!!!! If I were them I woud have walked! Ya..try to stop me!!
But We finally got back to the BWI....stoped by the lounge and grabbed some snacks......and headed back to room....I had a daily thing with all my meds I was taking...I had to plan a schudule......so I took my diretics in the afternoon...when I rested because we all know were I spent most of my time!! well for at least 3 hours!!
Was at this point craving that Fish & Chips from Epcot...so we took a quick stroll...and roll over there for that...........this is my first time trying it, I have to say....please do not flame me...but I was not impressed!!! In fact I thru it away......maybe I am spoiled living in a "fishing" commuinty and haveing some of the best fish around...but I was not crazey about it at all!!! sorry.....
headed back to BWI....rested some more......I found I tiered very easyly on this trip...and wa not up to par at all!!
stopped in the lounge and grabbed some yellow tomatoes......ok.so I took most of them .LOVE them...and a bunch of raw asparugus(why do I have a feeling I was gonna regret this??) then we headed off at 7pm to Epcot to end the night there........went thou some of the flower exbitits.......then it hitme....a pain.....an awful pain.........I will not go into details....but with IBS and raw veggies........need I say more!! one hour later...as I emerge from the restroom at the Odessey....Jess........where the he** have you been.......gee that was a tuff one!! haa haa........so we went over to the bridge and watched the fireworks...and headed back to the Boardwalk...strolled and rolled around for a bit.........and enjoyed our last night in the BWI....for tomorrow we are to more to the Beach Club!
*note....I had gotten a knock on the door...one of my "rest" times during the day.......and someone from concierge came to my room with 6 ballons....and a Boardwalk picture frame...and an Laynard with a Bordwalk pin...and card!!! I never told them about my Birthday...so I have no clue how they knew! I thought that was so nice of them....I gave him a big hug!!! oh...I am just so bad with names.....but he was a riot!! we talked so much(yes...bad girl with names)!!!
so this was day number 2!!
