Acutally, official DISboard policy is that if you want to discuss a company, you need to use the URL. If that URL is banned, that company is not supposed to be discussed.

Interesting. Is there a list posted somewhere of banned companies, so that we know not to discuss them? Or just post and wait to see if it’s banned, as Chrisizzle did? Thanks for the info!

I think I read it on one sticky somewhere. It's kind of a strange policy, imo, but as they justify in their note - they are a private company and can do whatever they want.

As mentioned, just post the link. They will block anything that is now allowed but that is your clue to not try and post the name in some other manner. And many companies that are not sponsors can be posted here. Restrictions are up to the board owner.
