DH and I are getting ready to celebrate our 1st anniversary in a few days
and the top layer of our wedding cake has been sitting in our freezer allllll year (which by the way, has gone by SO fast)! I can't wait to enjoy it all over again, but I'm not sure what's the best way to thaw it out...any suggestions? It's still covered in fondant.

I can't imagine it would be good....in the freezer for a year??!?!?!?!?! No one I know who has done this has said it tasted good. BUT, it's still fun and it will bring back alot of happy memories. best wishes to you and your husband I hope you enjoy many more years together.
