OK. Not to be a total mental defective here, but I've tinkered endlessly with how to best keep up with points in two contracts. I've been playing with three different point managers I've downloaded from some of our online neighbors. They've all got their strong points. But somehow I keep gravitating back to good old fashioned pencil and paper. I've thougth about using ledger paper, but can't quite get the system I want down pat.

I'll have the same use year, but when you start getting into banking and borrowing and possible transfers - banking from one contract, borrowing from another - it's one unholy mess.

So - has anyone got the ultimate tool out there for managing points, specifically from more than one contract?

I'm bordering on obsession here... but that wouldn't be the first time.

Best solution to your problem is to make as many reservations as you can, use those reservations, and then be in a constant state of borrowing. That way you never have to worry about points expiring or banking deadlines.

We track ours with an excel spreadsheet. Whenever possible, we try not to co-mingle the points. When we have to mix our points, we list out the number of points used from each resort and then retally them. It has worked well for us so far.

I use sort of a time line meathod.... since I have 4 contracts, 3 home resorts and two use years! :earseek:

Each resort has it's own color and I grid out each contracts UY... then as I use points from various contracts/ use years I subtract from the main line and under the confrimation number I color code the points used....

This has worked well up until a month ago, when I changed some ressies around... adding a day here and deleting a day there! LOL

But I called MS and they got me back on track..... :teeth:
