Define "Founding Members"

We bought into BLT in May and I am just curious if we are considered "founding members" and if we'll be included in the Tempo Fountain.

I believe founding members were those who purchased before some date earlier this year- I think it was February.

And it was suppose to be exclusively for existing members though I think there is some dispute now over whether that remained true to the end.

If you were a founding member, you would have been contacted and asked to submit your tile inscription for the fountain. Only the first 1000 buyers who were already DVC members were offered the opportunity to do this. I think when we bought in January, we were towards the end of that group. If you bought in May and didn't get contacted, you're not a founding member.
