Deed Question

So we closed on Monday (May 24) ...but there is still no deed showing on the Orange County website. Is this normal?

Mine took a 4 to 5 days to show up so I’d say it should be there early next week.

Most county websites take a few days to update from settlement date..on all deeded real estate

Closed on 5/17, Deed record on 5/20. So give it a few days.
