Dedicated vs Lock-off

I have a question about the 2 bedroom villas. We will be travelling with another family. We each have a 14 y/o daughter. I keep going back and forth as to which would be better. Does one have more square footage than the other?

The dedicated has a toilet in the living area, while the lock off does not.

Thanks. It just looked like from some of the floor plans that the lock off was a bit bigger inside because it had the extra bathroom plus one less balcony.
