I meant to ask this a while back. I thought I had a very nice printed map of each floor (that I got via a link from here) that showed the room configurations at BCV. We went to WDW (five adults) in October, and my grandmother is in a scooter, and my father had crushed his ankle just a few weeks before, requiring pens and screws, and, yes, a scooter. I asked for a first floor room for medical reasons thinking I was certain that they had one. They told me that they don't have that configuration on the first floor.

Was I wrong, or did they just tell a white lie because there weren't any AVAILABLE?

According to the map there are several dedicated 2BRs but none denote 2 Queens in the bedroom on the first floor only floors 2 thru 5.

Thanks for the feedback.

Magicmommy--what map are you referring to?

There are no 2 bedroom villas with 2 queens on the first floor. The theory is that in all of these villas the second bedroom does not have a balcony door giving enough room for the bed. First floor -> all patio doors -> no 2 queen rooms. There are also a lot less of these room having pool view and the most on the 3rd floor.

The map that is being refered to is on a web site that had been created by a fellow Diser, Diszip:
