Dedicated 2br 2 queens at BCV--anyone have a map?

The 2BR 2 queen room is a reservable unit. It is not a request. I think DVC made it reservable because all of the BCV dedicated units were supposed to be built that way (w/2 queens), but they were not. I believe the resort was originally advertised and sold as the dedicated 2BRs would have two queens. Since there was a developer goof-up (or whatever), DVC made these units reservable so you would know you could have one for your stay.

This the info I have....

BCV has....
36 Dedicated Studios
20 Dedicated 1 bedroom Villas
74 Lock-off 2 Bedrooms Villas(which can be split into a studio and 1 bedroom)
78 Dedicated 2 Bedrooms Villas

Of the 78 Dedicated 2 Bedroom units there are two reservable types;
~25 Dedicated 2 Bedroom with 2 Queens in the second bedroom and
~53 Dedicated 2 Bedroom with a Queen and sleeper sofa.

I'm not sure of the accuracy but this is my list of 2 Queen rooms...
233, 253
302, 307, 323, 324, 333, 341, 342, 351, 352, 353, 367, 368, 377, 378
433, 441, 442, 451, 452, 453,
533, 553

I currently have 24 on my list from various reports. So far these rooms hold to the theory that the 2 Queen rooms do NOT have a door to a balcony or patio in the second bedroom. If this is true then it is possible that rooms 301, 304, 334, and 354 may also be in this catagory. As you can see most of the rooms are on the third floor and none on the first.

Also, one of the links shows room 433 as being a smoking room. It is NOT a smoking room any longer, nor does it smell like smoke inside of it.

Thanks for posting that. I have never been sure about the rooms in the main hallway. Were the rooms around yours non-smoking as well?

From what the CM told me at check-in, the only rooms that are smoking-optional now are the ones on the large wing that points out towards Epcot (439-452).

We loved our room. We had a wonderful view! Here are some pictures.

Thanks for the update on the smoking room status.

I have updated the maps, removing the smoking designation on room 433. I left the others alone. If anyone can verify if rooms 425,427,428,429,430,431,434,436 & 438 are smoking or not I will update them also (I would guess that at least one or two of the HA rooms 425,428 & 430 are also smoking as there are no HA rooms in the 439-452 wing, and possibly 436 & 438 as they are the only dedicated 1BR's currently marked as smoking).

I also added lisareniff's list of 2BR units with 2 queens to the maps.
