Decorative soaps in the bathroom

I only have liquid soap in a decorative container. It is available for all to use. Of course, there is bar soap in my shower, but I doubt my guests would be reaching in for it.

Sounds exactly like my house:thumbsup2

In each bathroom,I replased all bar soap for liquid soap, but love my Ivory bar soap for my shower;)

I love the sales on liquid soap at Bath and Bodyworks, and have received many giftcards from there. Now, there are some scents I do not care for at all. Over the years, Ive found my favorites and let the kids pick one out for their bathroom. If I run out of the fancy liquid soap, I have no problem using the ones from the grocery store for a dollar;)

I just remembered we were in Dallas for 10 days in August and stayed at a hotel. I went to Walgreens and bought some liquid soap for the bathroom. With 5 of us, it is nice not to to use those gooey little bars of handsoap. A year ago I would of never done it, but loved having it in the hotel bathroom.:thumbsup2

I have decorative soaps for Xmas and Easter that I put in the downstairs guest bath. I have a pump out all the time. The soaps only got used once and that was by a little kid who wouldn't have known better. If it happens, it happens.

The decorative things in my house is the art on the wall ! Even the housplants are there to clean the air! Life is too short for decorative anything :). As a guest I would vastly prefer liquid soap.

I've always had bar soap and liquid soap both.. I have yet to meet a man who prefers liquid soap.. They want that good old bar of soap - no matter how mushy it may get..:rotfl:
