Decorating your resort room?

Hi all-
Thanks for your inspiring photos, I can't wait to decorate our window in December! As I was looking for the window decals / vinyl clings on the internet, I found a seller on ebay that was selling it. I bought it from her. It was for 48 sheets.

Where do you guys find the font that has the disney characters in it? I wanted to make some window decorations for my next trip and I wanted to make a cool window cling for my car using this font.

Anybody know where I can get some Christmas Disney Clings yet? Im in Canada, and the Christmas stuff is JUST starting to come out at WalMart. I hope they will have some clings. Kids will love to decorate! Also, is there a plug in close to the window for the lights, or should I have a small extension cord??

take a cord anyways. have had to pleasure of a socket not working and needing to use another further away.

yes indeed follow the advice and take an extension cord. you may find it handy to plug in cell phone chargers, camera battery chargers also.

We get Disney cling at Dollar Tree stores - if you have dollar stores near you, check them out. Near us they already have a XMAS aisle started right next to the halloween aisle.

I am sorry if someone here already answered these questions. I am on a 26k dial up so each page takes 5 minutes to load. With over 100 pages on here you can see why reading each page is almost out of the question.

I would like to hang paper on our outside door this trip to AKL. I was wondering what people use to attach the paper. The last thing I want to do is have tape everywhere that doesn't stay stuck. I also saw mention of magnetic paper. Could someone please elaborate on that for me. And how has anyone hung/attached a marker on the outside door? Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Hi Tracie !! I stillcan't find window clings from the Dollar Stores I keep looking though!! I really want Princess ones and POTC !! I think when I go in May by myself I am going with the Patriotic theme I have red lights and will find blue at Christmas I have red & blue stars and MHs So I will find some flag clings and will be all set !!

You can use tape or magnets (take both just in case) to hang it on the outside of the door. Have seen markers attached. They hang them using ribbon or string taped, stapled or tied (to a magnet) to something on the door. The tape I have used is either good scotch tape or packing tape. I fold an edge over (like dog ear) so I can get the tape off the door. But that was before I started using magnets

Magnetic paper is a magnet on one side and printable side on other. I havent used it yet myself, but have seen some nice pics/signs done with them.

If you are talking about mine, I got them on ebay last year. I also got the Disney Halloween poster on ebay. It came from a seller in China and was from the Hong Kong Disney MNSSHP. If you look close it has the Hong Kong Disney castle in the background. I got it here for like $2.99. The clings came from an American seller though.

Thanks a bunch! Im actually in Canada and our Dollar store is different than the dollar Tree. I LOVE the DOllar Tree! I will go there on our way down to Portland to catch our flight I hope they still have some then! Now I want to go now!!!
The only things I could find at my dollar store were just basic Disney Princess clings and Pooh clings. Which the kids are equally as excited about. So I guess that is the point right?

Oh, the character in names are from the cretive designs board here on the DIS. Go over there and ask one of the disigners to make your names for you.

Does anyone know if the door to your DVC rooms at AKL are metal. This is probably a stupid question but I would like to use a magnetic board.
