Hey everyone I will continue to post design ideas here, but please PM me with request so this thread stays on topic and not a bunch of request. I have posted a thread on the design board. I don't know how long I will post to it because the request over there are so many.

I love all the ideas on this thread and do not want to do anything to take away form the pics!

I'm still reading how everyone decorates thier room. I remember someone saying they put a dry erase on their door for people to sign. I was in Walmart today and came across dry erase for a locker. It's in a small roll and can be cut apart. There were different designs on them. Thought someone might be interested.

Just back from POR last night.

We placed LARGE clings of Mickey and Minnie (www.thesatinbutton.com) AND GREEN Mickey heads and then a Sign that said Making Magical Memories with a picture of the entire group (8) as Mickey and Minnie's with our first names under them and of course we added in a Green Mickey head with WE LOVE THE DIS written on it, all in the room window. We had SO MANY people stop and look and the kids seemed to especially like it. (if you don't want to hear people outside your door/window at ALL hours, don't decorate, LOL!) We Loved it!

Mousekeeping must have loved it all too, because we got a crazy amount of towel animals this year, WHAT FUN!!

yes... I havent been super fancy because I just do my door, but that is because i am at a DVC resort.... well, sometimes I do my balcony

I picked up Princess placemats at Dollar Tree today, they also had POTC ones and Pooh!! I still can't find any clingsand I look all the time !!

Love the door! I went by our local DT yesterday but they didn't have any Disney clings - I was so disappointed. The DT is moving to a different shopping center and I think they don't have eveything out right now - in order to prepare for the move.

Only 6 more days before I get to decorate my room for the first time! I'm excited!

Our DT does not have any clings just now either, I just keep going back about once a week to check to see what new they have. Did you see the cute Jack o lantern battery powered lanterns? I got several, thought they would be a good decoration for the inside of the room and would double as emergency lighting in case of bad weather while in WDW next year.

Believe it or not I did not, though my SIL may have. I will post if she has any! The picture part was my favorite, all 8 of us as Minnie and Mickey, adorable and it was on this shiny sparkle crayola paper so it REALLY stood out!

I bought cling decals and printed my own. Have you thought to try that?

I will print my own clings if I do not find any commercially prepared. If I can get some fall Disney clings from dollar tree, they will be much less than if I have to print them myself. I found some wonderful Christmas clings last year to use for window decoration in our resort. Unfortunately I discovered I did not use the digital camera when photographing the window or I would share.

I have alread started a collection of clip art to use if I have to make my own clings for our trip next year. In addition I have been fortunate enough that some people here on this thread have sent me some wonderful Mickey Heads with the names as a base for our window.

Hope I find some locally, better yet on sale. Meantime I continue my search for commercially done. But, will have to do the custom designed ones myself, good thing I have a good long while before they will be needed.

You could go to Staples and get them. I ordered mine from PrintonIt. I think it had free shipping.

Thanks for the info, I will check Staples, we have one very near, that is better than another 30 min trip to Michaels.
