FYI: We used the magnetic ""paper" that you print on, to decorate our door. But unfortunately, the heat made them roll up and fall off the door.

Disneymomma ~ Great Star Wars decorations ~ love it! Thanks for sharing.

TxCarsFan- I love your windows!! We looked for your window last week at POP but couldn't find it! We decorated our room using simliar decorations! We were in building 4 on the top floor waaay in the back!! I don't think many people came across our room! I will post pics soon!!

Thanks, Catinthehat35! I didn't see your window, either. Which section is building 4 in? We were in the 50's building by the statue of Lady. We were on the first floor, back side of that building. We loved the location! It was close to the parking lot for getting stuff we needed from our van, and it was about as close to Classic Hall as you can get and still be in a standard (non-preferred) room! Pixie dust!!

First time staying at AKL...are there windows to decorate? Or do you decorate the door? Can somebody tell me? Also, where does everyone get the names with Disney characters in them?

Thanks!

Has anyone decorated a door at Bay Lake Towers? We will be celebrating my DGD birthday during Christmas this year. :santa: thanks for everyone's advice here. :goodvibes

Not sure if anyone is still visiting this thread, BUT ...

I'm wanting to put up a homemade garland or two in our room but am not sure how to affix the ends to the walls. I'm thinking blue painters tape ... would they allow that?

I'm not sure about the painters tape (someone else may know), but I think several people had mentioned using the little suction cup hooks that you can get at the Dollar Store. I purchased a pack recently for our Aug. trip. You get several (I think between 9 & 12 depending on which pack you purchase), so that might be an option for you.

Oooh that's a good idea for the windows :) But I'm also planning to hang one across the room, not sure there are too many suction-ey surfaces like that in the room :confused3

I love all the decorating ideas. That Star Wars decoration is awesome!

Great job!
