Decorating resort window with twinkle lights...

For anyone who has decorated, can you tell me how far the outlet is from the window? Just wondering how long the extension cord needs to be.

I should mention that we have ressies for All Star Sports but are seriously considering a switch to POFQ.

And I promise to use suction cups...no adhesive!
