Still deciding on our summer cruise plans. Four adults in one stateroom.
How bad is Deck 1 on the Magic? Yes, I know, it's better than not being on the Magic
I read the thread about Deck 2 vs Deck 6, but last year the vibrations were really bad Aft on Deck 2 on the Wonder.
They're the cheapest rooms, which means more money for excursions... but a good night's rest is important as well.
Our choices are:
* Standard Inside Stateroom - Forward on Deck 6 (we have been on Deck 6 on the Dream and loved it, but it's small)
* Deluxe Inside Stateroom - Aft on Deck 2 for the same price (vibrations?, but more space)
* Deluxe Inside Stateroom - Mid on Deck 2 for a slightly higher price (less vibrations, but a connecting room)
* Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom - Forward on Deck 1 for again a slightly higher price (more space and natural light)
So, in short, a small room on Deck 6, a larger but nosier room on Deck 2 (unless vibrations are not a problem on the Magic), or a larger room on Deck 1.
