Deciding btw Studios and IOA...Best day?

We are thinking of heading to universal on saturday for the day. Is that a good day to go? We also have a 1-day pass...which would you recommend Universal Studios or IOA? Thanks!

It depends on the time of year and your interests. IOA is a state of the art fun park with 5 different "islands" all themed differently, and the Studios is based on the movies. Both are great parks with their own special interests.

Saturday is like the new mall for teenagers at IOA. It's pretty crowded on that day but it also depends on the time of year.

You didn't tell us when you're going.

The last week of August and September is slow.

If you're going soon, then you can still enjoy the park. Arrive to the gate at 08:15am, and get into the park first. I did it two weeks ago and got lots of rides before the crowd arrived.

They sell them at the main gate (only) for around $69. If you have that ticket, you can experience both wonderful parks!!!
