This is my first pre-TR on here... okay my first TR on the DIS ever. I started planning this trip in January when I was first able to book our DVC points. We are now booked into a 2BR at Old Key West. This is a huge trip for us as its our makeshift Christmas with my husband who is currently serving an unaccompanied tour in Korea. This is part of his midtour leave. Our plan is to set up a Christmas tree and do our big Christmas with the kids at Disney. My Mom is joining us so me and DH can get a little alone time when the kids are in bed. My friend Jen and her daughter are joining us for the holiday celebration also (and staying in our 2BR with us) while her husband is deployed.

Characters include:
Me (Stephanie) and DH (Shawn)

Our DS Killian (1)

My Mom, friend Jen and her daughter Reagan (2) are also coming but no pics of them as per their request

My family and my Mom all have annual (or in DH's case semi-annual) passes. Our friend Jen is getting the military salute ticket (awesome deal, thanks Disney). I'm not too worried about traveling with the kids, my two have gone to Disney numerous times and are well traveled (we spent half of the last two years in Italy while DH was stationed there and traveled a lot). They do pretty well, just need breaks. We're pretty patient and know when to slow down.

Our plans and ADR's as of now are:
Thursday December 1: Arrive at Disney and check into Old Key West. Pick up groceries. Set up holiday decorations (tree and stockings). Pick up Jen and her daughter from the airport. Dinner at Raglan Road 6:00pm and get settled in. Shopping at Downtown Disney once the kids are in bed for last minute Christmas items for the tree.

Friday December 2: 8:15am ressie at Crystal Palace. Morning at Magic Kingdom with afternoon break for the kids. Evening time at Hollywood Studios and Osbourne lights.

Saturday December 3: Our makeshift Christmas Day! Cook big Christmas breakfast (family tradition) in the room. Open gifts. Epcot day. Candlelight Processional at Epcot with Whoopi Goldberg. We have ressies at Askershus right now but will call for a package.

Sunday December 4: Wake up and do a park for a little while. Go shopping at the outlets (we're moving to Alaska in April and need more cold season clothing). Break time. Magic Kingdom where we have dinner reservations at Tony's. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! I love the Christmas party and can't wait to go.

Monday December 5: Animal Kingdom- Tusker House breakfast reservations. Morning at Animal Kingdom. Afternoon break. Evening at Epcot with reservations at Teppan Edo.

Tuesday December 6: DH leaves early to head back to Korea. :( Breakfast as a family and good byes. May spend some time at a park once he leaves, not sure, see how we feel.
