Wer are going to Disney in December. We thought of going to Mickeys very merry christmas party but decided with two kids under 3 would be too late for them. So can any one tell me if we will still see the snow and the lights and procession at other times? If we left the park one day at around 6.30 would we see the snow...

Unfortunately you wouldn't see the snow on Main street. The parade, shows & fireworks are specifically for MVMCP so you won't see them at any other time.

Think of it as a great excuse to go back again in a few years. ;)

I just thought - are you going to Hollywood Studios? They have snow falling during the Osborne Lights, which is worth seeing! Fantastic.

They are switched on at dusk which I recall was about 6 - 6.30 so that may be the best bet for your children.

Thanks. I also found out that celebration has snow flurries. I don't suppose I'll miss much when there will be so many other things to see. I have a 6 year old too. I don't want to spend money on Mickeys christmas party if I can make up for it doing other things.. what do you think??

I definately would not splash out on the party thing. We have been several times in December with our son (now 5) and there is SO much Christmas spirit and feeling anyway all over the place. And the snow in Celebration as you mentioned. I think with kids so young there are so much other things you can do for them that they will appreciate as much.
