December PhotoPass Share - Full!!!

Once everyone is done, or 30 days after the first person entered their card (whichever comes first), I will order the CD. Once I get the CD, I will put them up on snapfish.com as well as burn and mail individual CDs for everyone in the group. If you want to print them yourself right away, I believe you can save them. You can print them yourself, go to your favorite photo printing place, or order the prints directly from snapfish. The total cost for the CD is turning out to be $11.55 for this share.

So, just to make sure I understand, I don't have to wait until you send out the CD's to print/download pictures, right?

If that's the case, I'd like to join. I just want to make sure I can get pictures for my Christmas cards. If not, I can't.

You don't have to wait until you receive the CD, but you'll have to wait until I do. I can't guarantee you'll get them before Christmas. Most likely you will not. Currently the way I am going to organize it is by ending trip date. The first group is likely to be those on/before 12/11 or somewhere in that area. I ordered the CD on the current group I am administrating on 10/31 and I still haven't received it yet. That would put us as 12/22 if everyone had their editing done by 12/13, which I doubt they will.

Just to be clear, though, the procedure doesn't differ much if I were to do it on my own, right? So, if I got back from my trip, with my own account, I'd still have to wait roughly a week or so, after final editing, before I could download any pictures, right?

I am SOO sorry to be such a pest! I just want to make sure I understand this fully. If it would still be too late for Christmas cards if I did it on my own, then I may as well do the share and just use my own pics for cards. Am I making sense? Or am I just being a complete PITA? Or both!?

The procedure would be exactly the same. Put in your card, edit your photos, and then order what you want. You can actually pay to download a photo from the photopass site as well for 14.95 or get a lower res photo by right clicking and save as. It 3-7 days for standard shipping, up to a maximum of 14 days when I purchased the last one. If you have a camera with you, the photopass photographers will take a pic with your camera as well. You could then use one of those photos for cards right away.
