
Mid month I injured my knee and haven't been able to do anything since.
I was told no walks even
At this point I am waiting to see a specialist next week.
I don't expect to have any more to add to my minutes but wanted to get what I did have in for the total.

When I hurt my back earlier this year the pool was a lifesaver for me. If you have access to a pool, ask your specialist about it.

I've been doing some yoga, too, and it is very humbling as it is kicking my butt.

I took a 30 minute walk this afternoon, which puts my minutes at 999. If I'd only known my number I would have gone another minute!

WOW this week has turned into a nightmare for exercising for me. I have only been able to do my C25K. Gosh I hope things turn back to normal next week on the exercise front. I think it's safe to say that I will not hit my target this month![]()

My teacher took song requests and we did a "Best of 2012" class...lots of fun! I love it when exercise doesn't feel like work because you are having so much fun you forget about how hard it is!!

You are so close! Ok. This is why I signed up. I did my pt last night for a small amount of time but today I have been cooking ALL day for our party tomorrow an haven't run yet. My back is killing me but I have got to do some exercise tonight. I'll report in after!

I braved the cold todayand put in four miles with the DH. That, along with 15 minutes of PT exercises (ouch!) brings the total to:
run - 45 PT - 15 = 1004/1200. So close I can taste it!![]()

I haven't been able to work out much at all due to respiratory problems caused by a sealant that was used to coat the deck off of our bedroom. The deck is the ceiling of the bedroom below, and it was leaking badly. Had to do the repair in this cold and wet weather, so the area had to be tented, thus the fumes were in my bedroom. 


and went for another 39 minute run. That should bring December's total to 1081/1200!!

Keep up the great work and let's start 2013 in great shape, while all of our non-DIS'ers try to keep up with us! 
)I just realized that I only have 4.5 exercising days left in december because we have company coming on the 30th and unless the forecast changes, we're not going to get out for the run we were planning on NYE. (She's from NC, so she's not exactly keen on running in the snow!)
So, I'm stubborn and I really want to make my goal for December. I really had good intentions of going for a run yesterday after presents, but I napped instead.Here's my plan now that I've gotten myself in a bit of a pickle:
12/26 - 40 min of PT and core (b/c i'm supposed to go to see Les Mis tonight)
12/27 - 45 min run/walk + 30 min pilates
12/28 - 30 min other cardio + 45 min PT/strength
12/29 - 45 min run/walk + 30 min pilates
12/30 - 30 min other cardio + 30 min PT/strength
If I can stick to it, that should get me to 803/800.....

Sounds like a plan Figs!Just remember...must work off all that food...must work off all that food....or in my case - must work off all that wine.....
