December Exercise Challenge

You cruel southerner... :) we are getting snow tomorrow and tonight. Hope school isn't cancelled - I have childless shopping to do!

Was going to brave the cold this morning but still working on errands (ie stuck in traffic).

Planning to run on the treadmill tonight!!! Figure if I post it here I will have to do it!

My bad!:rotfl2: Don't worry, it's supposed to be in the 40's when I get up Saturday, so you will have your revenge.::yes:: Anything below 80 and I'm freezing!:scared: And yes, you better hit the TM since I won't have time to do anything until at least tomorrow :crazy2:. I usually go to back-to-back classes on Thursdays, but thought with the snowstorm I had best get home before it got really nasty out. Guess I'll be shoveling snow in the morning :)

I have no energy right now and so much to do! I'm hoping that if I just stand up and start moving that and the diet coke I just drank will keep me going! Since I never have caffeine I should start feeling jumpy here in a sec! :hourglass

DS2 and I got home at 11 last night from his basketball game. I didn't do my 5:30 walk, but did do the 7 AM one so got some miles in! :rolleyes:

Better go tackle that kitchen sink!

You guys can all pick on me now :laughing:. I went out for my lunchtime walk and froze in the 65 degrees (and windy!!) :scared1:

45 min walk today brings the grand total to... 944/1200
 
I signed up for 1200 at the beginning of the month, but haven't been back to post any minutes since my original 117.
The first two weeks of the month I did -
86 minutes of strength - arms abs etc...
90 minute walk
58 minute run / walk on treadmill


For 351 / 1200


Mid month I injured my knee and haven't been able to do anything since.
I was told no walks even :(
At this point I am waiting to see a specialist next week.
I don't expect to have any more to add to my minutes but wanted to get what I did have in for the total.

I took a 30 minute walk this afternoon, which puts my minutes at 999. If I'd only known my number I would have gone another minute!

WOW this week has turned into a nightmare for exercising for me. I have only been able to do my C25K. Gosh I hope things turn back to normal next week on the exercise front. I think it's safe to say that I will not hit my target this month :(

My teacher took song requests and we did a "Best of 2012" class...lots of fun! I love it when exercise doesn't feel like work because you are having so much fun you forget about how hard it is!!

Ok. This is why I signed up. I did my pt last night for a small amount of time but today I have been cooking ALL day for our party tomorrow an haven't run yet. My back is killing me but I have got to do some exercise tonight. I'll report in after!
 
I braved the cold today :sad: and put in four miles with the DH. That, along with 15 minutes of PT exercises (ouch!) brings the total to:

run - 45 PT - 15 = 1004/1200. So close I can taste it! :cool1::cheer2:
 
15 min of pt last night and 32 min run this morning. New total:

478/800

Off to make more party food, set up the bar and dress everyone.... Yay holidays!
