1000/1000 Made it to goal!
I'm going to set a goal of 1100 minutes for January. I seem to have hurt my leg some, so that may trip me up, but I'm hoping I'll be able to do it.
Also, I know that we don't usually do annual goals on this board, but since it'll be a new year, my goal is to do 12,000 minutes in 2008.

Mom2cookies, I know we have a lot of very dedicated exercisers on this thread, and looking at their numbers can be intimidating! (I sometimes feel that way, looking at the folks doing 1500 minutes or whatever.) But, the important thing is that you
are exercising. Most Americans don't exercise at all!
The government recommendation is 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. That's about 600 minutes a month. So, if you can make your 600 minute goal next month, you'll be there!
