Hi,

We will be sailing on the Wonder 11/30 - 12/4. Every year we travel to WDW in early December to enjoy all the holiday decorations, shows etc. WDW is fully decked out the day after Thanksgiving. Just wondering if the cruise ship will be decorated in early December, or if they decorate closer to the actual holiday. Do any of the shows change for holiday themes?

Thanks!

My first cruise was a 3 day aboard the Wonder at the beginning of December. They put up a tree and garland in the main atrium.

When we were in Nassau, they had a group of gospel singers perform in the atrium.

The characters did appear in their holiday garb.:D

we went on 12/15/01 eastern....the ship is beautifully decorated, with a huge Christmas tree in the atrium. Also, they have festivities including a tree lighting ceremony, as well as Mrs. Claus reading to the children...they even had a small menorah stuck somewhere for us members of the tribe (LOL)...

We did the Wonder on it's first trip after Thanksgiving in 2001 and it was all decked out w/ Christmas decorations. I remember a big real gingerbread house they were taking photos in front of; the Christmas tree in the atrium; and a bunch of other stuff. Definitely will be ready for your cruise!:Pinkbounc

We did the Wonder last year at the same time as you and it was beautifully decorated for christmas. My only regret this year is that we are going too early in Nov to see the decorations
