December Annual Passholder discount rates?

According to mousesavers list of historical discounts, last year the AP rates that included December came out on 7/22/09:

Check ins 10/4/09-12/24/09 Annual Passholder room-only rates became available on 7/22/09, exp 12/24/09

Last year at the end of July is when the AP discount was releashed and in 2008 it was in August. The discount ran for stays from a date in October to December 23rd or 24th. They did have some blackout dates, I believe thanksgiving week was one. The week of Christmas to New Years is rarely discounted. Hope this helps. Here is a link of past discounts
