December 5-9 What are your park days.

I have been getting conflicting reports of which days are the best. What parks are you going to on these dates and why?

We don't arrive till the 8th, but we plan on going to MK then because Spectromagic and Wishes are showing. Also, my Mom wants to see MK on her first day.

On the 9th, we are going to AK because we can do a good job of seeing everything by 5, and then head over to MK for MVMCP.

We also don't arrive until Dec 8 (around 9:30 AM), and we'll head off to Animal Kingdom then MGM to see the Osborne Lights.
On Dec 9, we're hotel hopping and going to MVMCP!!!!!
Dec 10 is our Epcot Day, with the Candlelight Processional!!
Dec 11, we'll be back at Magic Kingdom for the day, and a carriage ride that night!!!
And Dec 12, we head home!

Dec 8 MK while dh does the Richard Petty driving thing

Our first park day is Mondy, Dec. 6th- so we are doing MK. Our family has this thing about doing MK first- plus we have CRT for that morning. So,
Monday 6th- MK
Tuesday 7th- Epcot morning, MVMCP
Wed 8th- MGM
Thurs 9th- MK and MVMCP
Fri 10th- MGM?

Wed Dec 8th....Rest then Hoop Dee Doo 1st time...wife has massage at Grand Floridian
Thurs Dec 9th...MGM and Osbourne maybe another trip to MCMCP no tickets bought but if it doesnt sell out we might decide to attend again
Fri Dec 10th....IOA
Sat Dec 11th....EPCOT...CP dinner package at Akershus...lunch at Garden grill....

It really depends if you are staying on-site and are planning on taking advantage of EE. We are going 12/3 - 12/11 and are staying off-site, so we will avoid the parks that have EE on those days.

Here is our plan:

12/3 - Arrive, HDD Revue at 5pm
12/4 - Animal Kingdom
12/5 - MGM, 50's PTC 2pm
12/6 - Epcot
12/7 - MK or DTD, Check out resort decorations
12/8 - MK or DTD, Whatever we don't do the day before,
O'Hana's 6pm, watch Wishes from O'Hana's
12/9 - Relax during the day, Dinner at CP 4:15pm, MVMCP
12/10 - Sea World
12/11 - Chef Mickey's Breakfast, then depart

I hope we run into some of you guys. It looks like they'll be a lot of DIS folks there that week and at MVMCP on the 9th. Here's what we've got planned for our 11th trip to WDW. We are big fans of early entry as you'll see. We usually hit the EE park and then switch to another park after lunch. We have one 17 year old DS so we get up early and stay out late with an occasional afternoon nap thrown in for the adults!

Sat 4th- Arrive mid morning. AK till closing and then Pleasure Island in the evening.
Sun 5th- EE at MK leave by noon for HOB Gospel Brunch. Evening CP dinner package for last show.
Mon 6th- Busch Gardens. First time for this in 14 years.
Tues 7th- EE at MGM with lunch at Sci-Fi Dine In.
Wed 8th- EE at Epcot and 9:30 Segway tour as a surprise for DS. Lunch at Le Cellier.
Thurs 9th- EE at MK. Lunch at Tony's. Definite afternoon nap. Dinner at LTT and MVMCP.
Fri- EE at AK if we can wake up!
Sat- EE at MGM. Lunch at Prime Time Cafe. We have an evening flight so we may do a second park in the afternoon.

Here's our itinerary for those dates:

Dec. 5: Check in late afternoon then on to Epcot for tree lighting, dinner, candlelight processional, and Illuminations.
Dec. 6: More Epcot in the morning to mid afternoon. Relax late afternoon. And then in the evening on to the MK for SpectoMagic and Wishes. After MK we'll go to Downtown Disney for ice cream at Ghirardelli's.
Dec. 7: MGM Studios by day, MVMCP by night.
Dec. 8: AK by day, MGM (dinner and Osborne lights) at night followed by a trip to Market Street at Celebration for dessert.
Dec. 9: MK again (getting haircut at barbershop) by day. Dinner at BOMA at AKL and then on to Boardwalk to walk around and check out the resort decorations. Afterwards we'll try to see the CP and Illuminations again.
Dec. 10: Checkout and then breakfast at Starring Rolls at MGM, miniature golf at Fantasia, shopping and lunch (Earl of Sandwich) at Downtown Disney, and then return the car and fly home.

Dec.4, Sat. - Check in AKL, explore, rest....dinner that evening at 1900 Park Fare and a spin on the monorail.

Dec.5, Sun. - Chef Mickey's for breakfast, then relax until heading to MK at 4:00pm for MVMCP!

Dec.6, Mon. - AK all day, with dinner at Rainforest Cafe.

Dec.7, Tue. - Epcot all day, with dinner at Garden Grill.

Dec.8, Wed. - MK all day with lunch at CRT, after Spectro and Wishes, head over to WL, for dinner at WCC.

Dec.9,Thu. - Breakfast at Boma, followed by shopping at the Marketplace. Later dinner at Cape May Cafe followed by an Illuminations Cruise!

Dec.10, Fri. - MGM Studios all day, with dinner at Prime Time Cafe followed by Fantsmic and Osborne Lights.

Dec.11, Sat. - Princess Storybook Breakfast, and then Epcot all day with Candlight Processional, and dinner at LeCellier.Then hop the monorail to MK for anyone who's up to it!

Dec.12, Sun. - Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, then rest,pack up, etc.. before heading over to MK at 4:00pm for dinner at LTT, and MVMCP.

Dec.13, Mon. - Breakfast at Chef Mickey's before leaving for home.

December 9 -- AK with dinner at Boma (7:30 PS)
December 10 -- MGM
