We withdrew from the FE as well. My daughter had to have eye surgery and I knew I wouldn't be able to get my gifts made in time with caring for her and getting ready for Christmas.

Sorry! It's been a while! We are preparing for the winter storm here in Arkansas. It was 75 degrees yesterday and will be 30 tomorrow! LOL!

I have removed the requested families from the FE group and I will send the updated, final list tonight!!! Yay!!!

So, I have just realized that there are some families that have never given me family information or have only posted DISboards one time so I am not comfortable calling my list complete. I will contact these people directly to get the final draft. In the meantime, I will send what I have just so everyone can kinda get started.

Thank you StramMom for coordinating all of this. Would the families in two cabins want to be in separate groups? Not as much excitement in sneaking next door to give a gift to someone you just spent Christmas with. Or... Having the families in neighboring rooms does make it quicker for gift delivery for the rest of us. I'm just over thinking things - as usual.

We finally get our cruise docs and possibly gifts from our TA today! Hopefully!!

StramMom thank you so much for organizing this. Hopefully I will finish my gifts this weekend. I only have have this weekend and the upcoming one to get ready for our Christmas vacation. the little one does not know yet that we are traveling and I can not wait to tell him. We are telling him on the 20th since we leave on the 22nd.

I am thinking of separating the families and putting the first half of families in 1 group and the second half of families in the other. With 15 or so families, it might be a bit too busy to gift 5-6 times a day. What does everyone else think? It would save time and money but this is my first time so I'm not sure what a normal load would be.

I'm cool with splitting. If we can decide tonight that would be even better. I need to finish this weekend. We are leaving on the 18th to head down. We are doing a few days on the darkside and some days in the parks too.

I can't do it tonight. I am at a hotel room with my family because of the ice storm and my hubby's job. I only have my smartphone here. No computer. It's saved at home on an Excel Spreadsheet. I promise I will send by tomorrow mid afternoon!

Did you get it bad with the ice storm? It spot ice here for a little bit, but changed over to snow fairly quickly. I can't wait to be on the cruise and out if this weather!

Ugh! It was 75 on Thursday and sleeting on Friday! Arkansas weather!! After much sliding around in the car, we are back home!
