December 2013: We just booked!

Yes I have booked 3 times- I might drop one but haven't decided yet. I know it is alot but I just don't want to have to deal with the crowds! I would like to do one for sure on MVMCP and then the last night we are there. Have you done them before?

Yes we did it in July this year. It was fantastic to just be able to sit in a chair to watch Wishes. Have a blast!!

We will be there Dec 4-15th! First time staying Onsite (POP) and 2nd time ever at DW- (we went last yr about the same time but only for a couple of days) So we are planning to have a lot of fun

1st day- check in at POP- then to DTD to do shopping and eat at Fultons! (wanted to eat there last yr and didn't)

2nd day- AK- Tusker House Lunch and DTD for T-Rex Supper!

3rd day- Seaworld

4th day- Island of Adventure- eat at Bubba Gumps after park closes (wanted to eat there last yr and didn't)

5th day- Universal- and eat dinner at 1900 Park Fare

6th day- MK- CRT for Bfast(before park opens) also the Wishes Dessert party!

7th day- HWS- do F! Dining Package!

8th Day- EP- Biergarten and CP Dining Package!

9th day- Bfast at 1900 Park Fare- MK and MVMCP!-also the Wishes Dessert Party!

10th day- EP- dinner at Akershus

11th day- MK- Bfast at CP (before park opens)- also the Wishes Dessert Party

12th day- go to the airport and sleep on the way home!

Can't wait!!!!!

If I calculated things correctly we will be at CP and MVMCP on the same days. Which CP show are you going to? Our is the last show of the night.

Has anyone ever done the Garden Grill character meal with someone that was a vegeterian? Don't know whether I should call ahead about it or just see if they can do something when we get there. I did note it on all the reservations that I would have a vegeterian with me. What do you think? Any idea who I would call?

My dd16 has been a vegetarian for about 5 years, so I think we've done it twice. However, she will eat fish on vacation so that was an option for her there. I don't remember them bringing anything special, they just put her fish on another platter. She also ate all the sides. I think all the restaurants have something on hand for vegetarians so it usually doesn't require a call, but I would mention it to the hostess and your server.

I honestly can't remember if I called ahead or just noted it. It can't hurt to call ahead. The last time we were there was 3 1/2 yrs ago- my memory fades. I just remember that whatever they made for me was yummy.

Thanks for the vegeterian info everyone. I think I will give a phone call before we go and then just remind the hostess when we are seated. It would be easier if she ate fish but Disney has always been good about coming up with some delicious to eat.

There are three CP shows: 5, 6:45 and 8:15. Your show time depends on what time your meal is.

Today is 60 days!! I woke up this morning and did our online check in first thing!

Wandering over from the DCL threads...it's just amazing to see everyone so excited. I live in Fla, and have been going to WDW ever since I was 2 months old (I'm now 25)...and I am a former CM so my trips are definitely in the thousands...
I guess it just never hit just HOW HUGE all this planning is for so many people. With my family it's like a random weekend or day escape.
Yet as many times as I've been and the many times I've rode all the rides (minus new fantasyland) I still get excited--I'll be there the beginning of December. **excited**

Did you guys personalize your MBs and make FP+ selections? Previously I was hoping it would not be available for when I go at either resort of the split stay but once I heard it opened today I was excited when I got to personalize our bands. We are not interested in the FP part except for when the parades/fireworks open up and for BOG lunch if offered.

What's this about MBs? I'm going only for 2 nights (dec 1&2)...does it depend on the resort you're at?

I think they keep adding more and more resorts as testing goes on so it doesn't hurt to check MDE. You have to modify check in and then if you are eligible instead of saying magic bands it will say personalize magic bands.
