Wasnt able to get on the boards again until now so I missed all the tips. I finally got through about 20 min ago and there was nothing left for dinner any of the 5 days I checked. Guess I will have to keep my eyes open the next few months

Quick question, now that I have secured a spot at BOG I dropped the booking I had for Kona that night. I have 3 kids dd(10), ds(6), dd(3). I have them booked into Pirates League on New Years Eve day and then Dinner at 1900 Park Fare. I'm wondering if I should cancel 1900 Park Fare and book into Kona, any thoughts? We have ressies at BOG, CRT, Coral Reef & Ohana breakfast during our 2 week stay.

I really bummed because I didn't get ressies for BOG.(when I called all times for 12/11 and 12/13 where taken) silly me forgot this is my first trip of hopefully many. I never experienced any restaurants. So it's something to look forward to, while I had them on the phone and was able to change all my dinning options to better times for parades and stuff. Also got ohana during fireworks time which I am super excited about. I did get caught up with you veterans on dis lol......

It's doubtful they could modify it without removing the credit card constraint for all BOG ressies. But, yeah, Disney really should be calling all those people starting now.

I'm sure if there was an easy way to do it, they would have.


I'm looking forward to hearing BOG reviews before we leave. I have one QS meal planned for MK, and figured it would likely be CHH or Cosmic Rays. Maybe, at the very least, I can walk through BOG during lunch service to check it all out. I suspect it's going to be a madhouse though!

All this BOG drama...better be worth it! I was a bit panicked as it seemed all the December week one and two reservations went first...fearing crowds will be heavier than usual. But, someone said it is closing at 5:30 that week due to mvmcp which would explain why they went so fast...can anyone confirm?

Joining the party! Just booked Dec 12th to the 17th at All Star Sports! So exicited! We were just there in May, but after the hectic work schedule I've had lately, I'm treating the family to another trip! WOO HOO!!!

All this BOG drama...better be worth it! I was a bit panicked as it seemed all the December week one and two reservations went first...fearing crowds will be heavier than usual. But, someone said it is closing at 5:30 that week due to mvmcp which would explain why they went so fast...can anyone confirm?

Even if it were closed during the Party, 5:30 would seem awfully early. And the party isnt every day, and it starts running in Nov. so why would that week be different! I have not seen that posted on any of the blogs. I'm skeptical.

If you check out the Disney Food Blog, it says that the update (as of 3.00pm) is that they have set it up so that people without the CC guarantee will not lose their booking. This is because they have to cancel and rebook the bookings to add the CC and apparently there are no open spots to allow them to do this. I am unable to confirm or deny this update because I am not in this situation but if you go to

Just read that a CM told a caller that they had flagged all those without a cc number so all would be ok .... I'm not so sure though, we all know how 'limited' the Disney system can be.

Tried this morning for the heck of it. Dialed from 7am- 8am straight. All busy. Then I tried a handful of times every hour until 12:00 when I finally got into the system. Was on hold for 1 hour, and they don't have a single opening my entire week.

Well then. I guess it will be Lunch! LOL! Congrats everyone who got them!

Exactly. All the party dates BOG is only open from 4-5:30. That is a very limited time frame to serve the masses.

Pretty much same thing here. I will be happy if we just get to try lunch. I'm really hoping the lines don't scare me away and keep me from ever getting to try it on our trip

Thats interesting .... they did not have to cancel & rebook mine. I was put through to guest services and they just attached my cc number. Yes, it did generate a new confirmation number, but it wasn't a new booking because I did actually ask if she would cancel/re-book because that panicked me. She told me no she just had to modify it.

So, who knows I hope that is right though, I would hate for people to lose their bookings.
