Just saw some threads that ADRs for the first two week(or three?) of December are now open for some of the restaurants hosting CP specials such as Le Cellier. (This is NOT for the CP package.) So go check it out!!

EDIT: I just checked Disney Dining site and it is TRUE!! GO GO GO GO GO

Thanks!! I was able to get Coral Reef. I'm not that excited about the food since I've read mixed review but my DD is in love with marine animals!!

We are doing DxDP for the first 10 nights and regular DP for the last 2 nights. DH hates eating at QS at the parks.

I can certainly understand that. We're picky about food in the sense that we always look for quality and we hate it when we're forced to scarf down chili dogs or corn dog nuggets. I don't like to sit down for long when we're park touring though so we compromise by planning our QS meals as thoroughly as we do our TS. We love tracking down the more healthy, better quality food like the baked potato cart in Liberty Square or the BBQ in AK.

This time we definitely have more TS meals, even on park days, than is usual for our family. But we've been now 4 times in the last two years and we're taking my in-laws (first timers) this trip. So both of those combined mean we're planning less commando touring. More off days. It's a long trip and we want it to be much more leisurely. Still, we only have one TS per day, mostly a late dinner in the park or at the resort. Only DS10 and I eat breakfast, so that just leaves QS lunch most days.

I guess I should add 'Plan QS Lunches' to my to-do list. It's looking surprisingly light right now. No idea what I'm going to do for the next 5 months.

Southwest finally dropped the price on the specific flight I wanted! So I went ahead and booked! Yippee! Of course I had just earned enough points on swagbucks for southwest airlines $50 giftcard and had ordered it but it takes 2 weeks to receive, so I didn't get to use that. Oh well it will just give me an excuse to fly somewhere else.

SW dropped our fare too! By $3

I'm hoping in the coming week it will go down, down, down. It's holding at $195/pp right now. We typically score air from CLT-MCO for $130-$150 every time, so this is still a little high (I know it sounds GREAT to many though!!). Plus this is out of GSP which is 2 hours away... I'd prefer to fly out of CLT but cheapest is $244/pp + $25/bag whereas SW out of GSP is $195/pp and free bags...

Had to go to Orlando for a conference from the 16-19th and received the PIN for freee dining so I was able to book POFQ for 12th-16th to get a little time to enjoy the parks. So excited!!

Please add us - arriving 12/20. The big kids (me & DH ) are staying at Dolphin (12/20-26); our 2 daughters (young adults ) are staying at BLT on the 20th, then coming over to BCV 12/21-26!

We plan to be in Top of the World Lounge on 12/20!

Woohoo! Got our Le Cellier and Coral Reef lunch reservations. Not exactly the times we were looking for, off by about an hour on either side, but still got 'em.

Just left DLR & Carsland, so I wasn't Dissing when we were in the parks, but it was great to see that they opened it up when I was distracted by Flo's V8 Cafe!


And I'm just going to keep posting this every time I post in this thread just in case: we have a Dec 5th IllumiNations cruise booked, with my party of 5 adults, plus 2 more adults, so we still have room for 3 more if anyone wants to join!

Have our ADRs booked for our December trip and already rec'd our MVMCP tickets in the mail. THAT got the kids excited !!

Just waiting for the dates to be released so I can hopefully book the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage.

If anyone hears of the dates opening up can you post so all of us December crew know? I have been calling about 1-2 a week (which I am sure the CMs love)

Right now, we are planning on going to MVMCP on 12/9, sunday.

Our first night, the 7th, we will be at TOWL at BLT for a cocktail & sdome fireworks if anyone wants to join .
