EeyoreJen, in addition to what Tofubeast mentioned, you can also call Disney directly to see if you have a pin. Sometimes, they don't send out any notifications and the only way to find out if you have one is to call.

Since the free dining pin code has come out and some have received it, I called to see if I had any pin codes. At the time I didn't and I would call once a week to check. When I called two days ago, there was a pin code for me. Unfortunately, it's not free dining, but I was told it's not uncommon to receive another pin code back to back once the initial one expires (which this one does on the 23rd). So I'm going to call on the 24, my birthday, to see if there is another pin code.

In this case, I didn't receive any notification via snail mail or email. I had to call to find out.

Thank you! I will give that a go and see if anything good comes my way!! :)

Woohoo! Got all my ADRs except for Coral Reef/Le Cellier lunches, plus I nabbed a specialty cruise to watch IllumiNations on December 5! :woohoo:

If anybody wants to join us, the cruise fits 10 people, and we're planning on ditching our kids so are only a party of 5 if anybody who is going to be there at that time wants to share! :boat:

If Wishes is at 10pm, what time do I want my ADR to be at CA Grill if I'm hoping to watch it while we are wrapping up dessert?

Also, online booking opens up at 6am, but if I need to call to make a reservation (such as for BBB), I have to wait until 7am, right?

Do I need an ADR for Beaches and Cream?

my2qtz, I don't know all of those answers but Beaches does not make ADR, it's strictly first come, first served.

Just wanted to mention that there are a few gift card deals going on right now. Target has some areas selling $50 Disney cards for $44/$46 + 5% off if you use a Target card. (This is regional so YMMV). Also a bunch of super markets, are doing Gift Card discounts this week. My local Stop & Shop is doing buy a $50 gift card and get a $10 off you next purchase back. Hubby and I have been going in together, I buy one, hand him the $10 coupon, he does the second with the coupon, then we go in the next day and I use his $10 coupon, hand him mine...etc. It's a little bit of work but it ends up costing me $39.20 for a $50 gift card (after the coupon and adding in my Disney Visa Rewards).

We're going to try and get 17 $50 cards this week. 17 x $50 = $850, Out of Pocket 17 x $39.30 = $668.10. We also have a ton on Stop and Shops local to us, and driving by them is easy and not out of the way. We're going to use the giftcards for dining. But you can use them anywhere on Disney property, even your hotel stay.

Very cool about the giftcards!

I'm pricing flights and teeter tottering about when to book.... I'm hoping that prices drop soon.

Where do you look for these discounted gift cards at Target...in-store or on-line?

Kroger has 4x fuel points right now when buying gift cards...it's not as good as your deals but at least its something...

Sorry to break the news to everyone, but looks like Stop n Shop has caught on to JLa01844 loophole. They now have signs at their gift cards rack with a disclaimer that says that the ad in the circulars were misleading and that the deal is (1) $10 coupon per purchase of a $50 gift card per household.

Still a good deal. But you gotta make sure that you are borrowing a friend's SnS card when you do it a second time.

Well - I called and had a code attached - 10% off my room - expires the first night I'm there but hey it still saved me some $ :)

Thanks for all the advice and help everyone!

Forgot about this thread til tofubeast reminded me :goodvibes

My ADR window opens tomorrow! You know how much I love Disney - I'm getting up at 05.45am :scared1: to get booking! I don't get up that early on Sunday for ANY reason ... unless my bed was on fire.

I'm doing that in two weeks time! Good luck :)

The wording says 1 per transaction unfortunately. . Even on the Catalina that prints out. So I buy one, and DH buys one. No loophole there. We went into a second Stop and Shop this evening and were able to do it. I asked the courtesy booth before I did it because I am not trying to beat the system. They said absolutely. So DH and I have the same SS card number and it triggered 4 $10 bcatalinas today... With the employees okay (she didn't need to do anything special though).

This is our second day doing it. We just do 1 for me, 1 for DH and we leave. We did stop again tonight though on the way home. I. Sure if someone were trying to buy 10 back to back it would raise an eyebrow.

Does anyone know what time is the second parade at the Xmas Party? Thanks :)

Check out post #2 of this thread. In the MVMCP section, I have last year's schedule. It's been pretty consistent the past couple of years, so I imagine it to be the same this year.

Good luck with ADRs tomorrow. I make mine on Tuesday. 5:45 alarm as well.

Just got home after working at the bar. My ADR window opens in less than 2 hrs. I am exhausted. And I have to be at the office in the morning as well. No 6am ADRs for me. Hopefully 10:30 ADRs are just as good. Good luck to everyone whose ADR window on Sunday. But not better than mine ;)

I was up at the crack of dawn making ADRs this morning. I didn't get what I wanted, though. It may have to do with CP at Epcot? We wanted to do lunch at Le Cellier but there was nothing available. I also wanted to book F! Dinner package but i couldn't book anything in December for some reason.

I did manage to snag OHana for our arrival night, 50s Prime time for lunch and Whispering Canyon.

Thanks hun!

Yep, just got through making my ADRs and it was a breeze! Only one I couldn't do was the evening restaurant at Epcot but thats because of the CP packages (which I want), its not available yet.

Other than that, everything done .... after all I read on the boards about the trials of making your 180 day ADRs I was ready for frustration, tears and had extended my laptop warranty for when I threw it against the wall in a rage.

The whole process was pretty uneventful, laptop still intact

I really hope it was just for CP because we were really hoping for Le Cellier lunch, we have not been there yet and wanted to try it this trip.

@tofubeast - thanks for all your work! Now I know the time of the second parade, is there any difference between the two? Is the first parade better? How late is Santa available for pictures?
