December 2009

I love the TR so far! I'm going to have to read your old ones too now. You make me want to read more, more, more. (no pressure) ;)

Oh goodness. Everything is just so gorgeous! I love the picture of the ivy with frost on the edges. And the sun poking through the clouds. And I'm VERY glad that the roads weren't "deadly" or "impassable" for your family! :thumbsup2 Sorry some things were closed, and that your brother's suitcase was lost! I can't wait to read more. Oh--and your fancy Macro picture is great! I just love that setting on the Elph!

We had a lovely Christmas in my flat - opening presents, eating delicious Marks & Spencer prepared foods, and opening presents.

Beannachtai na Nollag!!

The next day we took to the roads, which were unfortunately pretty icy! The cheerful Irish voice on the radio informed us "The road to Kilkenny: deadly. The road to Killrush: impassable." Oh great!

The Irish have such a way of putting things...

And the mountains! And the sun! It was like a postcard.

Just like a postcard!

Your pictures are lovely!

I love Killarney. I plan on spending more time there the next time I'm in Ireland. Maybe even do some hiking. Youre pictures are gorgeous as always!

Love how you have part of your umbrella in that photo. Also, that's such a cute, chubby bird! Your photos are definitely amazing! It takes skill (one that I do not have!) to take good pictures of non-Disney things, hehe.

Hi! I just found your trip report and am loving it so far! I went to Paris last July and unfortunately didn't have enough time to go to Disneyland. But I LOVED Paris and am definitely going back, hopefully this summer! Can't wait to read more :goodvibes

Aww I love Ireland, I visited Dublin last April and I loved the city! I love your umbrella that's in your photo, and that rainbow is amazing!! I can't believe Aramis's luggage is still missing, I have everything crossed that it turns up soon!!

PS Marks and Spencers food is amazing! I absolutely love it!! When I spent my summer in CT this year I missed it so much!! lol

"Our route took us through multiple sweet Irish towns, all covered in frost and looking wintery!"

I just love quotes like this, and the oh so wonderfully, beautiful pictures that are classic to your TR. My grandmother is from Ireland, I would love to visit some day...........

Sorry about your brother's luggage, just frustrating isn't it?

Laura I think the food at M&S is nice too but a rip off :rotfl2:

Gorgeous photos! Sorry about the run of bad luck! Airlines and luggage just don't mix, I think! I had trouble with American Airlines this year but thankfully it was on our return flight!

I'm so glad the TR has officially begun! And what gorgeous pictures! I would love to get to Ireland someday...and tons of other places in Europe for that matter! Thanks for the pics!

Wow, your pictures are amazing! You could line the walls of your house with those photos! I'm excited that we are on our way through Europe with you!

Those pictures are absolutely breathtaking, Emma! I am in love with that cute lil chubby bird in your picture. I feel like a small child wanting to ask his Mom, "Mommy can we have one?!". lol I can't wait for your next installment.

Emma! I'm so glad I found your TR. I always enjoy them. I'm also so happy to see your pictures of Ireland. This year (November), I will be visiting England, Ireland, and Nothern Ireland. I will be spending time in London, Dublin, and Belfast. I've been doing tons, and tons of research, and was happy to see some pictures of some of the things I plan to visit.

Can't wait to read more!!

What amazing pictures! I love the one with the leaves 'gilded in frost'. And all the others as well. :goodvibes I am so jealous! I am ready for more of those pictures...

Hi Emma,

I fell off the disboards radar for a while, but I am back. I knew from your cruise trip report the DLP would be here soon, so I looked and found you. So glad I did - loving everything so far!
