It's a different code depending on the dining plan you have. I have the base dining plan so I used QXD.

Nevermind I just answered my own question, I found this on mousesavers, "The dining plans and wine plans can be added on at regular prices."

did any one get to apply the discount for WL - for december, my and DBF were denied.. her wk is dec 3-10 and me 6-13

My ressies are the 3rd-11th and No...WL is all sold out and no discounts will apply as long as there are no rooms to re-do a ressie with a discount.
Guess you can try changing to a moderate or value for a discount if you wish.

Just got off the phone and saved $540.78!!!! My ressie was for POP Dec 10th thru 18th. I did have to switch to a standard room from preferred but for that amount, I'll do it! The CM didn't even know the codes came out today!

Thanks everyone for the code watch! Without you guys, I wouldn't have even known about the codes!

I didn't get a discount. Staying at Poly from Dec. 13-19. I booked with the AAA rate and will purchase the park tickets w/out the package and it will be $50 cheaper than using the DGL code that came out today. They tried to sell me dining and I was going to go for it but decided to do some number crunching first. If dining is $40 per adult, per day and there are 2 aduts in our party and kids are $10 per child, per day and there are 2 kids than our total for 6 days should be $360. Well my AAA room only at rate is $1950.78 + the tix $1109.74 + dining $360 = $3,420.52. The total I got with the MYW + Dining using code DGP (also gave her code QXD) was $3678.20. That is coming up $257.68. I don't know if what the tax is on the dining plan but even so it couldn't be $257.68 worth of tax. That doesn't make any sense to me.

I used DSG or whatever it is for base plan we have no dining plan. We are @ POP DEC 6-14 and CM said no availbilty.

Just hung up and was told there was nothing available for discounts except for Port Orleans on the 12/21st.......BUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My trip is 12/6 to 14th at Pop. I am not a Visa member, or an AP holder. The CM told me I would have been able to get the discount if there was availability, but all rooms are completely booked in all value resorts so I don't think the blackouts actually apply.

I was on hold 8 minutes.

My room is also a garden view room. The 2 kids are 5 and 7. Hope this helps with your calculations!

I just modified my AKL ressies to a standard room (from a savannah view...). We were paying $2599.07 for Two adult and One 3 year old for 6 nights/7 days with Disney Dining.

I hope that we're getting a good deal. I also hope that I don't regret downgrading from a Savannah view...I was REALLY looking forward to that. But we're paying $700 less than our original ressie so we'll just go to the viewing area to see the animals.

I just got off the phone. The CM told me there was no availability at any of the 23 resorts for Dec. 6 to 14th (which is supposed to be blackout dates). She also told me the code I'm giving her is for phone bookings only. I used UVL for the deluxe dining package. She told me I needed another code for the internet bookings. Anyone have this code?

She told me she could rebook my room at Pop (the room I already have) using the internet code.

Note to all - even if your vacation is during black-out dates, keep trying!

I logged onto the Web site yesterday hoping for CBR or POR for Dec. 5-7 (this is after I called and was told no mods avail except for a suite at CSR and after that, the cheapest was like $2,400 for a three-br at OKW). Anyway, how are there discounts when there is a black-out? hmmm.

So, I got on the Web site and found AS Sports for $54 per night (and this is a Friday and Saturday night!). We scooped it right up, even though it is not our first choice of resorts (in fact, we would never really consider it, but for that price, we can't pass it up!). I'm surprised we got this considering if you look at the WDW Web site, Pop is sold out and so seems to be POFQ, GF, WL, Poly and CR tower. Dang! (A side thought ... I'm HOPING it's a convention at CR that is taking up all these rooms, a convention that doesn't bring everyone flooding into the parks. Four years ago to the exact dates, we checked into CR and asked for an upgrade to tower ... the CM said they were booked solid from a physician's convention).

Again, keep trying!
