Got a postcard today with a discount for 11/29 - 12/3 and 12/13 - 12/23. Darn!! Not my dates....12/7 - 13. I called CM anyway just to see if she thought they might be offering discount for the other dates at some time in the future. She said no, that they had been told those were black-out dates. Wonder if Disney Visa will be offering discounts now for those dates assuming they're considered black-out dates by Disney.

Wow I got my first pin email ever today. It's in my secondary email account which I used to sign up for a dvd in my DD's name and the email is addressed to her. But when you open it, it reads A Dream Offer for the M)@#(*$ Family!

The pin gets me a value for $82 plus tax/night for most stays 11/30 - 12/18, (my AAA discount got us a preferred rm at ASMo for $85 inc. tax so not much savings there) Also offered 30% off the nondiscounted price. Available for stays most nights 8/10-9/27/08, 10/19-11/1/08, 11/9-11/15/08 and 12/7-12/13/08. Too bad I need 12/5 - 12/7. It is from Disney Destinations.

I wonder if those dates are excluded because they'll be included in the DV discount???? Well at least I can believe it will be till we get the real deal on thurs am. I think I might try call tomorrow and upgrade to mod and see if my pin can get me any sort of discount there, I'l keep you posted.

The Value resorts rack rate is $82/night + tax, so there is no discount there.

The bad news for all of us is that several people have been told by the CMs that this is the most limited code they've ever seen before. Many people are calling and nothing is available. This could be very bad news for those of us who are waiting for the next codes.

Wow I just called for 12/5-7 and the only mod cm had was a suite at CSR and value was AS Sports with AP code. He said they just may not all be in the system yet and to call back in a couple of days and check again. I can't believe nothing for that weekend, anyone else try for my dates and get a different response?

My dates are 12/6-12/10 was told no discounts at all for WL only ones available were OKW and SSR

Well.... OKW, SSR, YC & BW are avilable for discounts, but, not my WL...sold out.

I just got off the phone with nothing.

Our trip in November 7-9 for AS Music at $111 per night she said is now showing as $189 per night?! What? For a value? I think she was a bit touched in the head.

For our December 5-10 trip she said we already had the passholder rate for our 5 nights at POR - somewhere around the rack rate of $165 per night based on the total package cost.

I think I will call back a little later and try a different CM!

Just got off the phone (again) to see what answer I would get using the ap codes and was told they were not available for my dates 12/5 - 12/7, maybe he meant there was nothing left?

Just applied the AP rate to my WL reservation. Rate for Courtyard Bunk Bed room comes at around $244 / night (plus tax). For those same dates, I'm saving almost $1k over rack, and $376 over the AAA rate that I had. Sweet! I even put in a request for Inner Courtyard View.

Super Nice CM, who said she wasn't familiar with that code (PWE). When I told her it was just released today, she was amazed that I knew it before her!
