For AP rates at POFQ did you have an existing reservation with Disney? I have one with AAA and the TA I spoke with said that the AP rate did not apply to POFQ.

Yes, I did, but I only switched it about a month ago. I looked on the Ap site this morning and they were showing availability for my dates. What are your dates?

I had Nov 28-Dec 6 booked at POFQ with King Bed. NO Ap rates for that date and resort.

Sooooooo- after spending hours (Yes, hours) (pathetic I know)---- I have changed to Dec 12-19 -still at POFQ but standard room. Lost one day but gained $728.00
I'm just happy that I am able to change dates and was persistant in looking.
When I first called this morning they had POR, CBR and POP available but I really wanted POFQ.
So-finally I can take a deep breath and relax. I hope everyone on the DIS is happy with their rates,too!!!!

Ok I am confused? I thought the codes had a blackout dates for Dec 5-12? Is this only for certain resorts.? I have given a hope of getting a code because we are their on the blackout dates that someone posted in the calendar?

AP is Annual Passholder. General Public codes are for those that don't have the Disney Visa, Annual pass or are not a Florida Resident and they have not come out yet. Watch here over the next few days and they may be released.

AP is an Annual Pass. you can order them from the Disney website, by calling disney, or some AAA offices sell them. I am not sure if other ticket vendors sell them or not. From what the site says Dec 7-12 is blacked out, so you would probably only be able to get the 13th and 14th discounted. There may be a general public code coming out in a few days, so just keep watching here on the Dis.

We were already booked at rack rate, TA phoned for me to apply the AP code and they switched the booking no problem

Does this price include taxes? Just wondering because we are going 11/28-12/06 and originally had AAA PC total of $652. The new rate that my TA quoted is $609.

I love you guys, I made a ressie for December 11-16 back in June. I called just now and asked if any of my dates qualified for a passholder rate and they all did. The first 3 nights at $64 and the last two at $54 a night. Passholder is a passholder, doesn't matter if it is annual or florida resident. I have been a Florida Resident Passholder for over 8 years now and get the same discounts, just have block out dates for the parks. They do not ask which passholder you are. Passholders are passholders, they get the same discounts and offers.

Thanks again guys. Can't wait to spend December in WDW!!!
