I don't know who to contact regarding this, but I just received Princess PuddingPop's 12/4 breakfast ADR at 1900 Park Fare, so that can be removed from the spreadsheet.

It's a six month out reservation, so they know it's popular.

I just wonder how many people don't show up.

Do you think I could try that day as well? We are looking for dinner on 12/10. I have WCC, but would prefer Chef Mickeys.

Hey, if you just want soup and don't get an ADR, I have walked up to the podium before and asked them if I could get a cup "to go" and they happily obliged!

What a great idea! FWIW, I think it's a bit rude to take a table away from a server in a busy place like that just for appetizers or desserts.

I agree, it seems to me that Chef Mickey's is harder to get and more in demand then CRT. I have seen way more cancellations for CRT (and got one myself!) then I have for CM.

On that note am still looking for Chef Mickey's for 4, for dinner Friday December 12,
or for either meal for 6 on Saturday December 13th.


I have a Cape May breakfast Sat. Dec 13th for 6 to trade.

What a great idea! FWIW, I think it's a bit rude to take a table away from a server in a busy place like that just for appetizers or desserts.

Actually depending on the day sometimes it's a relief when a table only wants dessert or an app, but I think every server is different.. Some might be a bit relieved that there is a table they don't have to service as much as the others, but other servers might be thinking about a tip... but then again there are often people who get just dessert or an app who tip better than those who can be the most demanding.....

I hope it isn't rude. Is it rude order the cheapest items on the menu? Or only have salads because you are vegetarian. Should I then tip as if I ordered meat because it would be rude to the server? It all sounds silly... I guess it might be perceived that way during peak hours.. but for what I am paying to be in the park alone, let alone the travel involved getting there from Canada's north west I should be able to order whatever I want with my ADR's that I spent hours obtaining. I might be more apt to agree if you were talking about someone ordering coffee and sitting there for hours.
Bonus for the server who only had the dessert table is it will most likely turn over faster than a dinner allowing the server to serve to more people with multiple tips most likely ending in a higher value than one dinner. just my 2 cents

I would tip about 18% on the food you order (that's what I did when I was a vegetarian) if service is good you can always tip more and if service was bad you can do a less.

Maybe At one time my friend and I had three ADRs for Le Cellier, one of which was 12/3 at 5:50pm for a party of two. I'll check with her and see if it's still available.
