December 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

Thank you for the advice!! This is my 1st party at WDW so I didn't know what to do re ADR's that day. I guess I should revise my post & request a trade for an earlier TTS lunch than 2:45 then?

We're doing CP at 2:40 on our party day. I think you'll be fine.

12/10 - Teppan Edo (10) @ 12:15
12/12 - Hollywood & Vine (10 - 2 tables) @ 12:20
12/13 - 1900 Park Fare (6) @ 4:30
12/13 - 1900 Park Fare (4) @ 4:35
12/15 - CM (4) @ 9:35

Did you cancel yet I would be interested in 12/13 1900 park fare for 6 people.
I'm new to this wanted/trade/cancel board so I'm not sure how this works but My DH loves 1900 and there no ressie's to be had.

oh, and remember that they have hot cocoa on main street during the party!

hot cocoa and cookies have several spots around MK. I know Columbia Harbor House and I think there are another one or two. So the lines aren't too long. They also offer apple slices and I think Apple cider for a "healther" option.

Thanks so much to all who posted with tips & info re MVMCP & my TTS ADR that day (12/9, 2:45pm). I will follow your recommendations and will not be offering TTS for trade. (I didn't post it on the spreadsheet, so no edit is necessary). Will edit my earlier post accordingly.

just an experiment.. what if we used a google spreadsheet that is open for editing? I threw one together to see how it goes. This one is just for 12/1-12/16 to experiment. I can add the rest of the month if people like it.

Instructions:
go to this link spreadsheet
Enter the restaurant, time, and your username all in one cell under either wanted or available for the relevant date.

For example, if I have an ADR for 5 at Ohana's available for trade on 12/2, I would type the following in one cell under 12/2:
"Ohana's 12:15 (5) want to trade for CM bkfst 12/1 TanaL"

Type quickly and then hit "save and close" and re-open to make sure it saved properly. You don't want to have it open for a really long time and then type and save... I'm not sure how it will handle multiple entries at once.

thanks! i saw that a few days ago but didn't click on it as i wasn't sure what it was. being married to an IT guy, the one thing that's been imbedded into my brain is you don't click on anything when you don't know where it will take you!!!

I am looking for LeCellier for lunch on Thursday December 4th for 8 people, I have either or both of the following to trade; Chef Mickeys on Dec 6th for breakfast at 8:40am or Cape May Cafe on Dec 5th for breakfast at 10:05am. Both are for single tables of 8.

Also new system is kinda running... I wanted to move my Ohana to later time and the CM had to overwrite the system, because I was not going to cancel until I had another ADR booked. I'm sorry I'm not giving up my ADR and going threw the whole cancel thing before booking a new one. I don't like that in the new system....ways to get around it..use a different phone number and/or name.

I see them now!! Thats a bummer! I was hoping I could help you but we dont get there until the 8th! Keep trying! You have a small group and we are nearing the point where people will start to cancel their trips!

That's what I'm hoping for. I am really wanting to move my CM breakfast to 12/15 but the one person that had it never PM'd me back So now I'm back to searching for it again.
